Dar Global Initiates Aston Martin-Backed Luxury Project in Ras Al Khaimah

Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, has appointed Stromek Emirates Foundations, a leading engineering and construction firm, to undertake the shoring, excavation, and piling works for its ambitious project. 

The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin. Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, this development, valued at AED900 million (£188.65 million), represents the first foray of the iconic British sports car brand into interior design for a real estate project in the Middle East.

The project, named The Astera, promises to deliver an exclusive collection of high-end apartments and villas, seamlessly blending Aston Martin’s sophisticated design ethos with Dar Global’s dedication to creating unparalleled living spaces. The development aims to redefine luxury living on the shores of the Arabian Sea, with construction groundwork set to begin immediately.

Stromek’s role is pivotal, focusing on the critical foundational elements that will ensure the project’s stability and longevity.
